Mr. Sagar
Mal Nahata
is the Managing Director of our Company. He is a graduate and qualified Chartered Accountant. He has more than 20 years of experience in securities and financial services. He is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Company and is instrumental in expansion plans of the Company. He is one of the trustee in S.M. Nahata Foundation which carries on charitable activities in Kolkata. As a Chartered Accountant by profession, he brings value addition to the Company. He has been on the board of our Company since August, 1998.
Mr. Sujit Kumar Panda aged 40 years is Non-Executive Non Independent Director of our Company. He has completed his graduation in commerce from Calcutta University.
